General description

BPO OnSite is a managed service that uses the Control Track platform to optimize and streamline logistics processes. We provide preventive visibility based on a logistics delivery plan to mitigate risks from the moment the unit arrives to the final delivery points. We assist in managing receipts in the event of delayed arrivals.

BPO OnSite is a team responsible for the final stage in the supply chain, which, through the coordination of logistics events 24/7 at the time of unloading automates this process, generating real-time visibility and making the operation more efficient. The objective of this team is to mitigate risks in delivery management, providing our customers with visibility throughout the delivery/unloading process, offering a comprehensive logistics service and reducing errors in the process.
