2. RC Control Track (Real-Time Transportation Visibility Platform): RC provides a technology platform that allows for real-time monitoring of transportation operations in the supply chain. Its functionalities include process automation, improvement in data quality, reduction of errors and rework, increase in on-time deliveries, and reduction of penalties, all aimed at optimizing operational efficiency. 
3. RC BPO (Managed Services): RC offers logistics management and customer service through a specialized human team and technological support. This service includes event validation at distribution centers (CEDIS), real-time notifications to clients, and exception management, contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. 

The use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions established by RC, and their availability may vary depending on the type of User, current contract, and authorized access level. 

RC reserves the right to modify, extend, or temporarily or permanently suspend the services offered on this Website, without this generating any obligation towards the Users.
